Since launching her career in advertising with 438, Steph has become a driving force in the agency – working on all-things automotive, proving a stickler for detail, and knowing more than most about vehicle specs.

Andy has spent his career helping companies like The AA, PartyPoker and Mercia boost their online presence, grow traffic, and convert digital activity into commercial success. As well as having a passion for all things digital, he’s a magician and member of the world-famous members club, The Magic Circle.
