Having worked in Dubai for a decade on award-winning campaigns for some of the world's largest automotive clients, Conan now heads up our auto team. When he's not mapping out a project, he's either snowboarding or maintaining his exotic Mideast-style beard.

Emilija

Emilija joined us as a Planning Executive after graduating from her Creative Advertising course at Lincoln University. Super-positive and always smiling, we're so pleased that she’s chosen to start her career here at 438.

Sophie

Having been with 438 since it opened its doors in 2006, Megs has well and truly mastered the art of spinning plates across all manner of deliverables - from DIY and automotive, to child services and women's health.

Having cut his creative teeth on some of the biggest household brands in the world, and learned his craft from some of the best talent around, Damian always leads the way forward to brilliant things.
