An established writer with over 25 years’ experience (how old?!) in writing copy, Gail loves nothing more than drinking strong black coffee, listening to Lizzo or The Moth, and writing and researching blog posts, features, or white papers. Actually, that’s a complete lie. She’d rather be rooting around a charity shop or going for a run but unfortunately, they don’t pay the bills.

Joining 438 fresh out of university, Andy has become a fully-fledged member of our plate-spinning club. If he’s not putting his organisation skills to work, he’s supporting our auto and B2B clients on a daily basis.

A calm head with a keen eye for detail, Dylan brings over 20 years’ experience in retail, medical, finance, and automotive to the 438 table. He approaches every project as methodically as he makes coffee. Because if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.
