Be it print, digital, motion, experiential or strategy, Alissa uses her ninja-like instincts to make events and integrated campaigns happen (as if by magic) across B2C and B2B clients. She makes a proper good northern brew, too.

Emilija

Emilija joined us as a Planning Executive after graduating from her Creative Advertising course at Lincoln University. Super-positive and always smiling, we're so pleased that she’s chosen to start her career here at 438.

Blue

Blue is our office dog and wellbeing officer. Our research has shown that simply petting Blue lowers the stress hormone cortisol and her tapping feet when receiving a treat or zoomies across the office, increases the feel-good hormone oxytocin.
