YOU’RE NOT THE ONLY
ONE

COVID caused a pivot in how we hold meetings, but it seems virtual events are here to stay – especially internally.

Why? Because they help with seamless communication, increased employee engagement, and cost-effective discussions of business goals and strategies. They are especially helpful for companies with global teams, as they save time and money compared to traditional in-person meetings.

However, that doesn’t mean that they’re always engaging.

Often, they can be drier than a buffet sandwich.

EFFECTIVE EVENTS?
WE’RE EXPERTS

Over the past five years, we’ve worked on dozens of virtual events for clients, including Assurant, Isuzu, PepsiCo, and Subaru. Some of them (ahem!) have even been award-winning.

Our experience means we can approach virtual events with empathy, expertise, and enthusiasm. And the icing on the cake? The fact we’re a brand communications agency, rather than an event agency, means we can provide a complete, 360° solution from start to finish.

This means that rather than looking at the event in isolation, we consider it as we would a campaign, making it our mission to understand its PURPOSE and WHY it matters to your business, and use that as our starting point.

It’s an approach that’s certainly paid off for our clients….

TAKE PEPSICO…

Over the last four years, we’ve elevated their quarterly Town Halls from standard Zoom meetings to broadcast status.

How? By taking a comprehensive approach, starting right at the beginning of the process to optimise their agenda, content quality, delivery and production values – and adding in plenty of touches of creativity wherever we can.

It’s a perfect example of how paying attention to the details can significantly impact audience retention and engagement.

But it’s not just Town Halls that we deliver. We regularly deliver webinars, virtual festivals and presentations for our clients, too…

Like Isuzu

At a time when physical events were limited, we brought the best of the Isuzu Summer Show from the field to online.

We designed, organised, and broadcasted a 45-minute show that included product information, engaging expert interviews, off-road challenges, and celebrity appearances. This was accompanied by a fully integrated digital campaign to boost participation and registrations.

The success of this event inspired Isuzu UK to organise more virtual events for both internal and external audiences, including dealers and customers across the country.

Kettle's on.
How can we help?

We can be with you every step of the way (if you want us to be!), getting involved with everything from naming the event to crafting the agenda and content to the technical delivery and beyond.

Alternatively, we can super-charge your efforts and support you with just a select part of the process. (We can even be here for those last-minute redesigns of those terrible PowerPoint slides John promised he’d resubmit a week before the event but never did!)

The typical ways we help:

  • Event branding and identity
  • Agenda building
  • Content structure, production, and storytelling
  • Communications pre, during, and post-event
  • Technical delivery & production
  • Reporting and analytics

Whatever you need, we can deliver it.
