Cementing Isuzu’s brand values when customer loyalty is critical

In just 5 days, we created and launched a campaign for Isuzu called ‘True Grit’. A digital campaign with user-generated content sharing positive messages of support for essential workers. Focussing on real-world examples of key workers demonstrating ‘true grit’, the campaign gives much-needed thanks and positivity to frontline workers.

This campaign, coupled with clear and concise covid-related communications has seen Isuzu’s engagement on social media increase by 82% over a 5 week period.
