With COVID impacting how Marshall could contact their customers, the reliance on digital marketing had become increasingly important. Throughout 2021, we’ve worked to maximise the performance of our email marketing.
In late May, demand for approved used vehicles was at an all-time high, and with Mercedes-Benz on a mission to increase stock, we created the Spring Clean Event. Offering a complimentary valet and free vehicle valuation, we produced a highly engaging email, including an animated header image and data capture form.
