To ensure that Opfeed reached the right audience at the optimal time, we were asked to deliver a benefit-driven product launch campaign and provide comms planning support. Aiming to engage busy stakeholders resistant to new procedures, we highlighted how existing systems can remain in place and how small adjustments can significantly reduce staff stress and enhance patient outcomes.
