The change

Despite dominating the Food & Beverage space, Ecolab had ‘room to grow’ in Protein. And with ambitious targets for the year ahead, the sales team were in need of something exciting to share with customers.

The imminent arrival of landmark innovations meant Protein would no longer be a hard sell. It was vital the sales team fully understood how to bring these exciting messages to market.

Our internal ‘Hidden opportunities’ campaign adopted a challenger mindset,

using playful humour and a fresh perspective in a bold departure from Ecolab’s corporate style.

We ran teasers to create anticipation, as well as interactive multimedia to drive engagement, followed by regional presentations to educate and inspire the sales team.

The result? 2025 targets smashed and exciting new innovations scaled across the business.
