The change

In 2024 PDG, a leading provider of aerial platform support and infrastructure services in the UK and Ireland faced an important challenge; it needed to reposition itself for a new audience, moving ‘beyond helicopters’ to focus on the ‘outcomes’ of its work. With an impressive roster of clients including critical national infrastructure, major engineering corporations and safety regulators, PDG’s proposition needed updating to accurately and appropriately reflect the vitally important work they did.

 

We developed a new brand value proposition for PDG: “Infrastructure Solutions for a Complex World” and recommended a bold new approach to creative, cutting through the competitor noise to deliver clearly articulated propositions for every audience.

Launching the work in the form of refreshed brand guidelines, a new website, and a renewed social media presence, this new look has since been integrated across all customer touchpoints to strengthen PDG’s growth and market presence.

The 438 team have done a fantastic job in giving our brand a much needed creative and strategic refresh. From guiding us through the value proposition to revitalising our website, they’ve positioned PDG at the forefront of national aviation services that has allowed us to communicate a much more comprehensive service offering to our customers.
