PepsiCo doesn’t often ask for strategic brand positioning work, so when they do, we listen.
The challenge? To define and communicate the role of the newly established RGM function, which replaced the previous NRM team. More than a name change, it marked a fundamental shift from reactive to proactive, aimed at driving dynamic business growth.
Creating a simple, bold proposition – ‘We are RGM. We Engineer Growth’ – gave the team a clear identity to help commercial partners across the business understand what RGM is about.
From there, we delivered a complete package of brand design, launch materials, and communications to equip RGM with the tools to make a strong impression and set the tone for where they’re headed.
We absolutely love the work. Compared to what we currently have, this feels so bold and fresh and immediately speaks to who we are.
