The change

Fresh from unveiling their new vision, Survitec knew it was time to rally around a clear, purpose‑driven set of values. We tapped into 438’s mix of strategy, storytelling and design to bring their values, Drive, Collaboration, Innovation and Resolve, to life. Using gathered input from across the business we designed and ran hands‑on workshops with senior leaders to refine a long list of values and pin down those that really mean something at Survitec plus the behaviours to accompany them.

Then, drawing on their master brand, we crafted a bold design style that felt forward‑looking and full of positive energy. The result? A people‑first culture where everyone everywhere can spot, share and live the Survitec values. From internal comms to team huddles, Drive, Collaboration, Innovation and Resolve now guide, engage and inspire the whole Survitec family, globally.
