We supported the US Connected Technologies business unit by undergoing an extensive value proposition exercise – to ultimately present a strong, value-led messaging house which could be used in all of their communications. We conducted a series of research sessions with the technical team to gain a deeper understanding into Element’s capabilities and USPs, which ultimately influenced the value messaging we proposed. Once the Value proposition messaging was agreed, we contextualised it by incorporating into a wide selection of communication pieces, both print and online.
