The change

Working with asset management firm, Mercia, we were briefed to subtly update their digital-first look and feel. Spanning across their website, email communications and social media pages, a refreshed colour palette, typeface and graphic style injected a more contemporary look and feel to their communications.

To complement their external-facing refresh, we also produced a professional presentation template for their team to use going forward, further emphasising consistency across their brand.

We selected 438 as one of our partners to support our portfolios because they are a trusted supplier to Mercia and the team at 438 have proven themselves to be so much more than a supplier. Working closely with our portfolio businesses that need cost-effective, dynamic websites, 438 act like an extension of the team. They offer expertise and support that goes beyond what, in my experience, is typically offered to SMEs, and 438’s technology is designed to put the control of the website into the hands of the teams that will be using it as their key marketing and sales opportunity.
