The change

Terry Lifts sought our help for strategic positioning and brand refresh. With their long-standing engineering expertise and commitment to accessibility, we collaborated with their team to gather insights and developed a brand positioning focused on Trust. This led to a creative refresh that established a modern and consistent brand style across all channels.

They had the expertise and reputation, but their brand felt too clinical. It needed to feel more human, more approachable, and more relevant to the incredible, real people they support every day. This transformation wasn’t just a refresh, it delivered real results with a 199% increase in website views, 218% growth in new users, 60% higher engagement rate and 1.4M organic impressions online.

Thank you for delivering an impressive brand refresh along with the new website. The design is clean, engaging, and perfectly aligned with our brand, enhancing both functionality and user experience. The attention to detail in the layout and navigation makes it easy for visitors to find what they need, while the fresh, modern design seamlessly reflects our values and goals. We are excited to see how this new site will help us connect with our audience, and we appreciate all the effort that went into making it a success.
