The change
‘Making Tomorrow Safer than Today’ wouldn’t be possible for Element without its people. That’s why its colleague engagement programme ‘Your Voice’ has had pride of place in the business for many years – inviting people to share their views and feedback with leaders. But as time passed and the company grew, the old visual identity needed to work much harder.
Together with Element, we gave ‘Your Voice’ a fresh new look and feel along with a comms plan to get more people using it. Its playful new identity brings the programme to life across everything from videos and screen savers, to email headers, and internal signage. It was also translated into 14 different languages to promote a company-wide culture that celebrates open communication, and supports its One Element mission and values in style.
