PepsiCo: Connections Week
Creating connection at the heart of internal communications
Following our positioning work with Insights, to unite and connect 900 teams of 1 into 1 team of 900 we were challenged to create a virtual learning festival to celebrate Insights’ core value – bravery.
Taking the core proposition; “We Build Connections”, we created Connections Week, a 4 day festival of content to engage and inspire colleagues.
Bravery was the perfect springboard for our Insights colleagues, who, unlike their Marketing counterparts, are measured, pragmatic and driven thinkers. Our sessions were themed around confidence, empowerment, the bravery in vulnerability and helping the audience to connect on a very human level.
